Career first, babies later. That seems to be the motto of modern Americans who often still feel they must choose between fulfilling professional ambitions and starting a family. But delaying parenthood has its own flaws, including potential infertility, making the choice about when to have kids arduous even as Americans are flipping the traditional script about love and family across class lines. Join journalists Judith Shulevitz, Aaron Traister, and Nona Willis Aronowitz for an intergenerational discussion on why Americans are stuck between a biological clock and a hard place.
