In response to today’s proliferation of media platforms that indiscriminately celebrate the imagery and culture of design, Project distinguishes the architects, ideas, and works that take a critical stance on architecture and the world in which it is produced. Publishing both new work and writing, Project is a forum for critical thought in architecture and a platform for architects to articulate their ambitions for the discipline today. Project: Issue 2 addresses issues from sustainability to legibility, the city to the celestial with contributions by Amale Andraos and Dan Wood, the Architectural Association, Kelly Bair, Joe Day, Nathan Hume and Abigail Coover, Caroline O’Donnell, Michael Osman, Jason Payne, Albert Pope, Productora, Peter Trummer, and Andrew Zago. Please join the editors of Project at Van Alen Books to celebrate their latest release.
