Eduardo Luis Rodriguez (Havana, 1959) is an architect, architectural historian, editor and exhibition curator. He is a member of the International Specialists Committee on 20thCentury Heritage of ICOMOS and the Havana City Landmarks Commission, and the author of several books including La Habana Colonial.Guia de Arquitectura (1993) and La Habana. Arquitectura del Siglo XX (1998).

Mr. Rodríguez has been a visiting scholar and lecturer worldwide and has served as curator of several major architectural exhibitions including Illusion of a Perfect City: J.C.N. Forestier’s Works and Projects for Havana (2004). Among the many prizes and honors he has received are a Silver Medal as Distinguished Guest of Old Havana (1987); the Award to the Best Book on Theory and History of Architecture at the Quito Pan-American Biennial (2000); the Award to the Editor at the Venice Architecture Biennial (2000) and the Pierre Vago Architectural Journalism Awardfrom the International Committee of Architectural Critics (CICA, 2008). He has been the recipient of fellowships from the John Carter Brown Library (Providence, Rhode Island, 1995); the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation (New York, 1996); the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, Harvard University (Cambridge, 2004); and  the National Institute of Art History (Paris, 2009), among others.
