Come hear James Bamford, Kenneth Roth, and Martin Garbus discuss the surveillance operations being carried out by the U.S. government on American citizens and others:

James Bamford is a journalist who reports on U.S. intelligence agencies and author of three books on the NSA, including The Shadow Factory: The Ultra-Secret NSA from 9/11 to the Eavesdropping on America.

Kenneth Roth is Executive Director of Human Rights Watch. He has written extensively on a wide range of human rights abuses and recently wrote a piece for the New York Review of Books on "Rethinking Surveillance."

Martin Garbus is a First Amendment Lawyer who has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court as well as the highest state and federal courts in the nation. His clients have ranged from Daniel Ellsberg to Valclev Havel to Philip Roth.
