Please join the Harriman Institute and the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies for a talk by Peter Clement, Visiting Professor, Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs.

Dr. Clement will briefly describe the range of activities undertaken each day by CIAs analytic directorate to support US policymakers, including: contributing to the Presidents Daily Brief book, briefing senior US policymakers in the executive branch and Congress, conducting research and analysis of longer-term trends, and responding to myriad taskings from US government officials, and participating in Intelligence Community national intelligence estimates.
