A day of talks, live readings, and listening sessions dedicated to the work of the founder of the Swedish concrete poetry movement, Öyvind Fahsltröm (1928-1976). Including the exhibition of never before seen preparatory drawings for his ambitious painting Ade-Ledic-Nander from the collection of Jasper Johns. Co-organized and with presentations by Antonio Sergio Bessa, Director of Curatorial and Education Programs at the Bronx Museum of the Arts and author of Öyvind Fahlström: The Art of Writing and Fahlström scholar Maibritt Borgen.
