This series provides an introduction to resources and practices in contemplative pedagogy. When incorporated into teaching, contemplative exercises can deepen student engagement, enhance active learning, and stimulate inquiry and insight. In these sessions, participants will be guided through a few contemplative pedagogical exercises so as to experience them first-hand, and come away with teaching methods to try out with students in the future.
