How might tech-driven disruption approach such human concerns as aging and death? In this open meeting of the Van Alen Book club, we’ll discuss the latest novel by urbanist favorite Don DeLillo. Zero K portrays a secret compound start-up where death is exquisitely controlled and bodies are preserved until a future time when biomedical advances and new technologies can return them to a life of transcendent promise. Discussion moderated by author and critic Jimmy Stamp.
