In a time when our trans and gender nonconforming communities (TGNC) remain under attack, it is crucial to share uplifting stories of trans resiliency and power. This film screening and panel highlight the ways in which our trans communities fight back, build community, and center the intersectional work that is essential to our survival. Luce Lincoln (Global Action Project), Marin Watts (Trans Justice Funding Project), and Olympia Perez and Sasha Alexander (Black Trans Media), along with other social justice TGNC mediamakers, share work that illuminates the legacy of trans leadership, organizing, and activism during this historic moment.
